Villa Aska has two identical bedrooms with separate entries and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, a minibar, a TV, and free toiletries. The villa provides a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio with dining area, and a garden with sea, pool, and mountain views.

The villa has a rooftop infinity pool that offers unobstructed sunset views over the ocean. Two comfortable sun lounges are positioned by the pool, which is cleaned daily. The outdoor kitchen and lounge area are located on the same level as the pool, allowing direct access for meals and relaxation.

Lipah Beach is a 5-minute walk downhill from the villa, with a path that passes through a dirt yard with rocks and cows - suitable for guests comfortable with uneven terrain. The villa is situated higher up the hill, further from traffic and noise compared to beachfront properties. Ngurah Rai International Airport is 100 km away; a scooter is recommended for local travel as taxis are expensive and Gojek/Grab are not available.

Daily housekeeping, laundry, and grocery deliveries are offered by the villa. Breakfast and dinner can be ordered via WhatsApp from Adi Resto and delivered fresh to the villa, with a menu including fruit, juice, and coffee. On-site services include massages, scooter hire, drivers, and airport shuttle (pick up and drop off).
